An interactive audio installation featuring a time machine housed inside a wooden box, inviting visitors to travel across past and future eras with their eyes closed, guided only by sound.

The audio pieces for each era were composed by students of the Sound Design seminar taught by Emmanouel Rovithis at the Mikro Polytexneio Foundation for the Arts in 2007–2008, as part of their semester assignment. Every student participated with two audio works: one for travelling in time, and one for staying in the era of their selection.

In his first exploration of interactive audio, Emmanouel Rovithis used Arduino and Max/MSP to create an audiovisual interactive environment that hosted and presented the students’ works in a playful and novel way

The intense musicality also contributes to this harmonious mix (excellent musical composition and sound design by Emmanouel Rovithis) which "binds" with Aris Biniaris' directorial perspective and subsequently imbues the acting of his actors with rhythm in speech, breaths and their body."

"The intense music of Emmanouel Rovithis and the choreography of Evi Oikonomou move the stage in the steps of a Kafkaesque nightmare."
