Conceived and directed by Mario Banushi, this multi-award-winning wordless performance unfolds as a meditative poem on mourning, steeped in Balkan ritual, resonating between loss and new birth. Commissioned and produced by the National Theatre of Greece for its 2022–2023 season, it premiered on March 29, 2023, and has ever since been on tour internationally.

Drawing upon his own memories, Emmanouel Rovithis transforms fragments of personal recordings into a symbolic, immersive sonic universe, stretching sound across three-dimensional acoustic space and tracing a journey into one’s inner depths.
